Terms and Conditions:

Definitions

1. "Company" means Clik4Pet Animal Care Services LLP.
2. "Services" means veterinary healthcare services provided by the Company.
3. "Client" means the owner or guardian of the animal receiving Services.
4. "Animal" means the pet or animal receiving Services.

Regulatory Compliance

1. The Company shall operate in accordance with The Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, regulating veterinary practice in India ¹ ² ³. We ensure that our veterinary professionals are registered with the Indian Veterinary Council and State Veterinary Councils.

Client Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate information about the Animal's health, medical history, and behavior.
2. Follow recommended treatment plans and instructions.
3. Pay for Services in full at the time of service.

Payment Terms

1. Payment is due at the time of service.
2. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, cash, or check.
3. A late fee of ₹2,000 may apply for unpaid balances.

Cancellations/No-Shows

1. 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations.
2. Failure to provide notice may result in a ₹1,500 fee.

Medical Records

1. The Company maintains medical records for each Animal.
2. Clients may request copies of medical records.

Confidentiality

1. The Company protects Client and Animal information.
2. Information may be shared with authorized veterinary professionals.

Liability

1. The Company is not liable for unforeseen complications or outcomes.
2. Clients release the Company from claims related to Services.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
